The Attridge Performance Guarantee is our way of backing up what you buy from us. It gives you peace of mind and confidence in your purchase. If you buy any equipment (ie: skis, snowboard, wakeboard, waterski, boots, etc…) and you aren’t satisfied with it after giving it a fair trial, simply bring it back and we will replace it with something of equal or lesser value. Some items have specific stipulations. Please ask an in-store representative for the full details on your purchase.
Attridge is happy to accept returns on product purchased within 21 days, however we will only do an exchange (no refunds) after 14 days. Product being returned must be in brand new condition and must have all original packaging, hang tags and receipt. Attridge reserves the right to refuse any returns.
Attridge will honor the original manufacturer’s warranty in accordance with each particular warranty policy on items purchased from Attridge. All warranty claims must be accompanied with the original receipt. There are no exceptions… no receipt = no warranty. We take trade-ins! All trades must be in good condition. They will be appraised in-store and can be applied towards an equipment purchase only.
Half Back Trade-Ins
Attridge offers a trade-in value of half of the original paid price on junior ski, snowboard & wakeboard packages towards the purchase of new or used equipment, within two seasons. This offer is only valid on junior ski, snowboard and wakeboard packages that were purchased new, from Attridge within two seasons and are in good condition. Products being traded in must be accompanied by the original receipt. Attridge reserves the right to refuse trade-ins, and or give an appraised trade-in value instead.
